We also collect information about your visit to our website. This primarily concerns data that your browser sends by default to every website that you visit. Think of your IP address. 

We may also collect information about which pages of our website you view, which links (links) you click on, how often you visit our website and what other actions you take; in other words your surfing and clicking behavior.

MEMBERS AND OLD MEMBERS DETAILS 

When taking out a membership, we process your first and last name, address, place of residence, date of birth, bank account number, telephone number and your e-mail address. 

When you have yourself measured, we also process your sports data. This includes your heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight. 

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA? 

SERVICES 

Without processing your personal data, we cannot provide our services to you. For example, you cannot log in to the website or app, you cannot view your progress and we cannot give you personal guidance based on your results. 

We work together with partners, for example to collect outstanding invoices. It is therefore possible that we provide your personal data to those partners. We require our partners to at least comply with the WBP. They must handle your personal data with care and they are prohibited from using your data for anything other than what they were provided to them for. 

LEGAL OBLIGATION 

We may be required by law or regulation to process and / or provide your personal data to third parties. For example, when a competent authority such as the police requests it in the context of a criminal investigation. 

MARKETING ACTIVITIES 

We may use your personal data for marketing activities (including after termination of your membership). 

However, we will never sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing activities. 

RESEARCH 

We can use your personal data for research and analysis to improve our services.

We ensure appropriate security for your data. For example, not all employees can view your data. Moreover, we only use your data as set out in this privacy policy. 

RETENTION PERIOD 

We keep your data so far as this is necessary. As described above, we need the data to enable our services. Your data will never be kept longer than permitted by law. The ultimate retention period differs per type of personal data. With regard to cookies, this depends on your browser settings.
