Are there additional costs?
The costs include VAT and are exclusive of parking costs.
Can I pay per online group lesson?
Yes you can pay per online lesson. Single online group lesson costs 9,-. First lesson is on us!
What is the term of a subscription?
Subscriptions initial contract is for a period of three months; after that, the subscriptions can be canceled at any time with a notice period of 1 month.
I have to cancel my appointment. What is your policy?
Cancellations are reported no later than 24 hours in advance. Your credit is valid for three months so time enough for rescheduling the appointment. Missed appointments will be charged.
I want to (re)schedule my appointment but I can't find a time slot that works for me. And now?
In the app we scheduled some time slots. But if these slots don’t suit you, please contact us. We will find a moment that works for the both of us!
Can I combine Yoga lessons with massages in my subscription?
Yes you can! You can book a discounted extra massage treatment. If you want a massage treatment instead of a Yoga PT you pay an extra fee of 10 euro per credit. Please inform us in time so we can bring the appropriate gear.
I have a subscription but I have to skip a lesson; can I give this hour away to someone else?
Your credits are valid for three months. So you can always decide to book 2 lessons in a week (or month). But you can transfer your credits as well. Cool present! Let us know what you want and we will make the arrangements.
